We do it by providing each of our management staff and customer service representatives with ongoing training and support that they require to provide helpful answers to any questions that may arise. Each UIC employee is licensed in the industry and is required to maintain continuing education credentials to ensure they are providing the best Arizona insurance services possible. This requirement makes us unique in the business as that is not a typical requirement for management staff and/or customer services representatives.
The UIC staff has over 22 years of combined experience in the customer relation arena and the executive team has over 35 years of combined experience in all facets of the insurance industry.
